SHIPPING DETAILS
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:
We ship via UPS and the U.S. Postal System. UPS shipping options include Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. USPS options are Parcel Post, Priority Mail and Express Mail (note: there is NO package tracking available for the Parcel Post option). USPS only for P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We ship to international locations via UPS and the U.S. Postal System. UPS shipping options include Ground for Canada only and UPS Expedited worldwide. USPS options are First Class Mail, Priority Mail, Global Express Mail and Express Mail.
PLEASE NOTE: First Class mail is the cheapest method for very small orders however insurance is not available for this option nor is package tracking available for this option. Choosing this option is therefore at the Buyer's risk and Welborne Labs will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Above 2lbs. (1kg) there is only a few dollars difference in cost between First Class and Priority Mail so we recommend you upgrade to the Priority Mail option.
A note about International Package Tracking: The U.S. Postal System is one of the best in the world however their package tracking service is not very good and many times once the package enters your country the tracking is even poorer! The tracking information can in many instances be used to locate a package that might be stuck in your customs department. We do ask that our international customers show patience as we have no control over the delivery time once a package leaves our hands. We will always be happy to assistance in locating lost and delayed packages.
All international orders are shipped at exact value unless you request otherwise. If you request a reduced value, Welborne Labs will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods as we are only able to insure a package up to its delcared value.
A FEW GENERAL COMMENTS
While we make every attempt to re-prioritize orders when an express method of shipping is requested, selecting an express service does not automatically guarantee your order will ship that day or the next. If you absolutely have to receive a shipment before a certain date, please indicate so at the time you order.
Unless otherwise notified or occasionally when we get extremely busy, we ship all products within 72 hours of receiving your order. Any backordered items will be shipped to you (as soon as we receive them) at our expense.
