Ordering and Information:
On-line ordering is the preferred method or you can printout our order form and fax or e-mail it to
us with your Credit Card information. For technical questions it is best to e-mail:

Minimum Order: No minimum order at Welborne
Labs, however we do have a minimum shipping and handling fee of $7.50 to cover our expenses on small orders. |

Shipping and Handling: We ship
UPS Ground, First Class or Priority mail at our
discretion unless you really require a specific
carrier. Except for very heavy articles, most Canadian
orders are shipped Priority Airmail
to avoid customs hassles. International orders are shipped Priority
Airmail for small items and FEDEX for heavier
packages. All international orders are shipped at
exact declared value unless you specify otherwise. If
you request reduced declarations, we will not be
responsible for lost or damaged goods. If you should
receive merchandise that has been damaged during
shipment, please notify the appropriate carrier for
instructions on filing claims. We will be glad to
assist with all claims. Heavier items such as
transformers, large electrolytic capacitors and
enclosures will require additional shipping charges
for international orders. Please e-mail quotes.

| Express
Delivery: In the United States we can ship
UPS 3 Day, 2 Day and Next
Day for an additional fee. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and International express delivery are also available for an additional charge. Delivery street
addresses only, no APO, FPO or PO Box numbers. Note: While we make every attempt to re-prioritize orders when an express method of shipping is
requested, selecting an express service does not automatically guarantee your order will ship that day or the next. If you absolutely have to receive a
shipment before a certain date, please indicate so at the time you order. |

| Payment
Method: We accept Visa, Master Card,
Discover, American Express, PayPal, personal checks in U.S. funds, Postal/Bank/American Express money orders and Bank Checks or Drafts in U.S. funds. We
also accept International Bank Transfers for payment (include $20 transfer fee), please call or fax for our bank account information.
Oklahoma residents
please include sales tax. We accept PayPal and will ship to 'Verified Addresses Only'. If you don't understand what a 'Paypal verified
address' is, contact Paypal for information on how to become verified. |

| We do
our best to ship orders within 48 Hours of receiving them. However occasionally, when we get extremely
busy, it will take us longer to process your order. Any backordered items will be shipped to you (as soon as we receive them) at our expense. |

Returns: We have gone to great lengths to
provide as much information as possible (including detailed specifications, dimensions and photographs) for most of the products we carry, therefore items
returned due to customer error are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Call us before you return a product. Defective products will be replaced or your money
refunded. All returns must be made within 30 days from date of purchase (absolutely no exceptions to this rule). Special ordered items, factory assembled
items, all kits and some other components are not returnable. |

Unclaimed Property: Any unclaimed or abandoned
items left in our facilities for longer than 60 days are considered forfeited and subject to disposal at our discretion. |

All prices on this website are effective October 1, 2009 and these prices supersede all previous posted prices. Prices are subject to change without
notice due to volatile exchange rates, manufacturer increases and/or printing errors. We will do our best to advise you of any changes. |

| Backorders:
Unfortunately backorders are unavoidable in many cases. We obtain parts from all over the world and we receive these through the mail just like you will
receive your order from us. There are several reasons why backorders occur: 1) we get very busy and forget to order a part when we are low on stock; 2) a
customer buys everything we have of a certain part leaving us without any; 3) we place an order from our distributor or from the manufacturer and are told
it will be 8 to 12 weeks before we receive it. Number 3 is the most prevalent reason we have parts backordered. Many of the companies we purchase parts
from are very small businesses that do not have the resources to keep adequate stock on hand of their product. As a result, many times when we place an
order for more product, we have to wait for it to be manufactured. We could become a warehouse for these companies by purchasing large quantities of their
product just so we never run out, but that would put a strain on our resources and prevent us from providing the broad selection that we currently offer.
So if you get a notice of a backordered item, we ask for your patience, it will be appreciated.
Our backorder Policy: If we expect to have a backordered item in stock within 2-3 weeks maximum,
then we will go ahead and charge your credit card for the item and ship it to you free of charge. If it will be more than 3 weeks for us to receive
new stock, we will contact you prior to shipping your order. |
