ORDERING DETAILS
Please Read the following instructions thoroughly, it will help to prevent delays in processing your order.
You can safely order online at our website or e-mail us with your order. We accept PAYPAL, Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, personal checks in U.S. funds, Postal/Bank/American Express money orders and Bank Checks or Drafts in U.S. funds. Oklahoma residents please include sales tax.
Our business hours are from 8:30AM to 5:00PM (Central Standard Time) Monday through Friday. (CLOSED WEEKENDS). Of course the website is open 24 hours a day.
No minimum order at Welborne Labs, however we do have a minimum shipping and handling fee of $7.50 on all orders.
We ship via UPS and the U.S. Postal System. All international orders are shipped at exact declared value unless you specify otherwise. If you request reduced declarations, we will not be responsible for lost or damaged goods.
We cannot provide tracking numbers for First Class Air and Parcel Post shipments at this time. Tracking is available with Priority, Express Mail and UPS shipments only. In the United States we can ship UPS 3 Day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air for an additional fee. Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and International express delivery are also available for an additional charge. Delivery street addresses only, no APO, FPO or PO Box numbers for UPS shipments.
Note: While we make every attempt to re-prioritize orders when an express method of shipping is requested, selecting an express service does not automatically guarantee your order will ship that day or the next. If you absolutely have to receive a shipment before a certain date, please indicate so at the time you order.
Unless otherwise notified or occasionally when we get extremely busy, we ship all products within 72 hours of receiving your order. Any backordered items will be shipped to you (as soon as we receive them) at our expense.
All prices on this website are effective January 1, 2012 and these prices supersede all previous online pricing. Prices are F.O.B. Stillwater, OK and are subject to change without notice due to volatile exchange rates, manufacturer increases and/or printing errors. We will do our best to advise you of any changes.
Unfortunately backorders are unavoidable in many cases. We obtain parts from all over the world and we receive these through the mail just like you will receive your order from us. There are several reasons why backorders occur: 1) we get very busy and forget to order a part when we are low on stock; 2) a customer buys everything we have of a certain part leaving us without any; 3) we place an order from our distributor or from the manufacturer and are told it will be 6 to 12 weeks before we receive it. Number 3 is the most prevalent reason we have parts backordered. Many of the companies we purchase parts from are very small businesses that do not have the resources to keep adequate stock on hand of their product. As a result, many times when we place an order for more product, we have to wait for it to be manufactured. We could become a warehouse for these companies by purchasing large quantities of their product just so we never run out, but that would put a strain on our resources and prevent us from providing the broad selection that we currently offer. So if you get a notice of a backordered item, we ask for your patience, it will be appreciated. If you do not want us to backorder any of the items you have ordered, please tell us this in the comments box at the time you checkout. If we expect to have a backordered item in stock within 2-3 weeks maximum, then we will go ahead and charge your credit card for the item and ship it to you free of charge. If it will be more than 3 weeks for us to receive new stock, we will contact you prior to shipping your order.
